• Internship at Microsoft XiaoIce team.
• Created a scenario detector, which using BERT, Word2vec and neural network to
transform sentences to pictures (We interpreted sentences as high-dimensional
vectors, in order to calculate entity information by a specific feature mapping). This
feature has been published in the latest XiaoIce conference.
• Developed a Timeline System which is able to detect words by using an AI model to
generate a timeline of words from source audio. This system currently supports
“XiaoIce storybook” syncing audio and subtitle timelines.

• Responsible for developing the “bili-root” service which manages the active
distribution of all-site CDNs by active prediction technology (Our team built a
recommendation system by accumulated log files, by which the resource hit rate of
our CDNs was better than the previous architecture. The system is still in use for
managing all mainland nodes of BiliBili).

• Developed a core system which supports the current Alipay’s payment account
clearing flow (billions of transactions per day). As our bank partners do not accept
live clearing flow, this system needs to merge all orders in a 15-minute interval for
exchanging data with bank partners.

• Developed an offline parallel message traffic monitoring system (Serving for WeChat
and other related products, system traffic load about 40k/s).
